PRINCE2® shows you that this doesn't always have to be the case.
This training course provides an overview of the product and process-based approach of PRINCE2® and a view of the added value of it during the execution of projects.
Furthermore all PRINCE2® principles, themes, processes and techniques will be identified and briefly explained.
Prerequisites & Intended audience
There are no prerequisites to this training course.
Some experience in a project management environment is useful but not essential.
Knowledge of PRINCE2® is not required.
This training course is an excellent introduction for those involved in project management in their organization and who might attend a later accredited PRINCE2® training course for formal training.
