PRINCE2® (

IN a
Controlled
Environment®) is a widely used international standard for project management that navigates you through all the essentials for running a successful project. It builds on the definitions and structure of project management knowledge and defines a series of principles, themes, processes and techniques that can be applied managing any size or subject of project.
However, PRINCE2® doesn't do the work for you. The method cannot guarantee your projects will be successful. Good projects, which deliver quality results, on-time and within budget are dependent on the capability of people involved from Project Boards down to individual members.
The PRINCE2® Foundation Self-study conforms to the syllabus for those delegates wishing to gain PRINCE2® Foundation level certification.
Prerequisites & Intended audience
The PRINCE2® Foundation Self-study is suitable for everyone who wants to learn the PRINCE2® method, but prefers not to attend a classroom teaching. Delegates should have a basic understanding of project management and a higher education thinking and work level. Knowledge of PRINCE2® is not required.
Course content
This self-study is an accredited PRINCE2® Foundation CBT (Computer Based Training):
You pass through the online PRINCE2® Foundation training at your own pace
You obtain access to our unique PRINCE2® Foundation Exam trainer where you are able to test your knowledge, and in which a complete online version of
PRINCE2® Compact is included
Optionally, you have the possibility to take the PRINCE2® Foundation examination, and if successful you will receive the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate
Course material
This PRINCE2® Foundation Self-study is only available in English and includes:
1 year of access to the online accredited PRINCE2® Foundation training
6 weeks of access to the online PRINCE2® Foundation Exam trainer, where you can practice until your knowledge is sufficient to take the PRINCE2® Foundation exam (you can choose when these 6 weeks will start)
This self-study is web-based and offers all theory necessary for the examination.
However, certain participants prefer a hard copy of the PRINCE2® manual to study. Therefore, we optionally offer the possibility to order the
official PRINCE2® Exam Book Bundle.
Certification
The PRINCE2® Foundation examination is optional.
Delegates have the possibility to take the
PRINCE2® Foundation examination at the end of the self-study.
If successful they will receive the internationally recognized PRINCE2® Foundation certificate.

This self-study includes 1 year online access to the PRINCE2® Foundation Self-study and Exam trainer.
After receipt of your payment you'll have directly access to your PRINCE2® Foundation Self-study.
